We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will develop our marketing strategy and launch new features.
Work format: full-time, remote.
You will be responsible for:
- Close interaction with the product team for in-depth development of the promotion strategy.
- Full development of content plans and creative testing hypotheses to attract the target audience on the various channels.
- Creating an overall marketing plan for the product, including positioning, messaging, and promotional channels.
- Providing clear and precise instructions for content creation, endorsing themes, and key messages.
- Using analytics to assess the results and effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting plans based on the obtained data.
- Managing the process of launching new features, and creative content and communication strategy to present it.
- Creating and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with country managers, marketing, and sales teams to brief them on the user insights, value props, and messaging to execute go-to-market campaigns successfully.
- Adapting marketing strategies to the specific market characteristics and target audience requirements in a particular country or region.
- Bring expertise and set up marketing processes.
Requirements:
- Ideally 5+ years as a Product Marketing Manager in a product company, with a track record of successful feature launches.
- Broad analytical skills to source relevant information that informs and validates product positioning and messaging.
- Independent self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Growth mindset with a strong bias to action.
