Who we are looking for
We're in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of web-based projects, ensuring seamless execution from initial planning to delivery. You will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to implement HubSpot, manage website usability and redesign projects, and ensure all business requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal web projects.
- Automation of processes and implementation of new tools for Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams.
- Conduct initial meetings with stakeholders to understand their business goals, expectations, and preferences. Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Assign roles to team members, including systems analysts and developers. Host kick-off meetings to discuss project objectives and responsibilities.
- Develop detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure project approval from key stakeholders.
- Manage the business backlog in Jira, creating and refining tasks for the development team.
- Ensure that all tasks meet business requirements, pass testing, and are successfully delivered to stakeholders. Present project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update all project documentation, including risk registers, communication matrices, and project summaries. Regularly check for potential risks and discuss updates with stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure project success.
- Keep stakeholders informed on project status, progress, and any potential risks or delays.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in managing web-based projects, with an understanding of both technical and marketing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to implement HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Experience in website usability, redesign, and project management in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage and track progress across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, as well as strong documentation skills.
