Who we're looking for
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives within our Growth Cluster. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on improving activation, revenue performance, and enhancing the experience for clients. You will drive projects that directly impact our product's success and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enhance Acquisition and Activation Rates of our user segments:
- Drive initiatives to release key product features.
- Come up with and implement acquisition/activation techniques.
- Lead onboarding improvements for self-serve clients, ensuring activation into key features.
2. Increase LTV of Customer Segments:
- Develop and test upsell mechanisms and incremental improvements to drive LTV growth across segments.
- Define and develop pricing strategies for different customer segments and product offerings (e.g., solo, pro, business, and enterprise plans).
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, engineers, and marketers.
- Analytical mindset to validate feature success and track product KPIs.
- Strong understanding and experience in A/B testing, MVP testing and PLG Principles..
